• deliver instruction of high quality.

• assess student learning.

• ability to engage, motivate, and lead students.

• helping youth navigate college scholarship applications is a plus.

• teaching certifications are a plus.

• strong organization planning, and communication skills are a must.

• guide students about usage of website's, mobile app and test platform.
