English Teacher - Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join our team in Hosa Road. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching and a strong command of the English language.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan Lessons: Create engaging lesson plans that promote language skills and meet curriculum standards, ensuring students are actively involved in their learning.

- Teach Classes: Deliver lessons in a clear and interactive manner, helping students develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English.

- Assess Student Progress: Evaluate students’ performance through tests, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

- Support Diverse Learners: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students, ensuring that each individual can succeed regardless of their skill level.

- Maintain Classroom Environment: Foster a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere where all students feel safe to express themselves and participate.

- Communicate with Parents: Regularly update parents about their child’s progress and discuss areas for improvement or support.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A minimum of one year of teaching experience is preferred, but candidates with up to seven years of experience are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills in English are essential, along with creativity and the ability to engage students. The candidate should be organized, patient, and passionate about helping students learn and succeed. A proactive approach to challenges and a commitment to continuous professional development are also important.
