Job Description

responsibilities include:

- teaching and counseling students and professionals between the age of 20 years to 50 years.

-mentoring the learner to improve their english communication skills.

- facilitate learners to help them acquire relevant skills and proficiency in public speaking.

- engage learners through fun formats & methodologies

-can handle a group of adult students in an efficient and engaging manner.

- ensure that learners are getting equal attention and speaking opportunities during the session.

- create personalized learning journeys for students & help them to achieve the desired learning outcomes

- encourage learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context

- work with the team to put together engaging course content for the learners.

- create an open and inclusive learning environment.

-boosting the confidence of the learners.

- ensure that students enjoy the course!

- understand the learning needs of the student.

- possess great communication skills.

- have excellent knowledge of english grammar concepts and spoken english.

- is comfortable in taking live english classes.

- understands the nuances in creating an amazing learning experience.

- have a minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching english to adults.

-have an exposure of teaching adult students.

- comfortable in teaching all age-groups.

- comfortable in preparing the lesson plans or modifying the content according to learners’ needs.

- minimum educational qualification- graduate/post graduate preferably in english or mass communication.

-have a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection & a working webcam.

- have experience in conducting public speaking/ soft skills/ speech (will be an added advantage)training.

-have fluency to speak in hindi as well.

-conducted demo sessions in the past (plus factor)

-experience in training around presentation skills, ielts, interview preparation, personality development etc. would be an advantage

other important aspects-:

-candidates should be well versed with zoom and google meet

-candidate should know powerpoint creations

-candidates should have working knowledge of ms word and ms excel

-candidates should be willing to learn technical things
