-mentoring the learner to improve their english communication skills.
- facilitate learners to help them acquire relevant skills and proficiency in public speaking.
- engage learners through fun formats & methodologies
-can handle a group of adult students in an efficient and engaging manner.
- ensure that learners are getting equal attention and speaking opportunities during the session.
- create personalized learning journeys for students & help them to achieve the desired learning outcomes
- encourage learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context
- work with the team to put together engaging course content for the learners.
- create an open and inclusive learning environment.
-boosting the confidence of the learners.

- minimum educational qualification- graduate/post graduate preferably in english or mass communication.
-have a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection & a working webcam.
- have experience in conducting public speaking/ soft skills/ speech (will be an added advantage)training.
-have fluency to speak in hindi as well.
-conducted demo sessions in the past (plus factor)
-experience in training around presentation skills, ielts, interview preparation, personality development etc. would be an advantage
