blackboard radio (bbr) is an award-winning social ed-tech enterprise founded by iit delhi alumni and supported by villgro innovation foundation and ciie, iim ahmedabad. at blackboard radio (bbr), we are creating an ai-powered spoken english tutor for learners.

selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

-facilitate a range of public speaking sessions for learners above the age group of 18.

-facilitate learners to help them acquire relevant skills and proficiency in public speaking.

-create personalized learning journeys for students & help them to achieve the desired learning outcomes

-encourage learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context

-work with the team to put together engaging course content for the learners.

-create an open and inclusive learning environment.

-ensure that students enjoy the course!

only those candidates can apply who:

-understand the learning needs of the student.

-possess great communication skills.

-have excellent knowledge of english grammar concepts and spoken english.

-is comfortable in taking live english classes.

-understands the nuances in creating an amazing learning experience.

-have a minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching english to working professionals(especially people above the age-group of 25 years).

- comfortable in teaching all age-groups.

- comfortable in preparing the lesson plans or modifying the content according to learners’ needs.

- minimum educational qualification- graduate or postgraduate (business administration, mass communication, english, stream preferred)

-have a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection & a working webcam.

-have experience in conducting public speaking/ soft skills/ speech training.

-having experience in corporate training would be an added advantage.

-should be comfortable in speaking in hindi as well.
