English Communication Trainer (Work from home-Full time)

About Blackboard Radio (BBR)

Blackboard Radio (BBR) is an award-winning social ed-tech enterprise founded by IIT Delhi alumni and supported by Villgro Innovation Foundation and CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad. At Blackboard Radio (BBR), we are creating an AI-powered spoken English tutor for learners.

Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:

-Facilitate a range of public speaking sessions for learners above the age group of 18.

-Facilitate learners to help them acquire relevant skills and proficiency in public speaking.

-Create personalized learning journeys for students & help them to achieve the desired learning outcomes

-Encourage learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context

-Work with the team to put together engaging course content for the learners.

-Create an open and inclusive learning environment.

-Ensure that students enjoy the course!

Only those candidates can apply who:

-Understand the learning needs of the student.

-Possess great communication skills.

-Have excellent knowledge of English Grammar concepts and Spoken English.

-Is comfortable in taking Live English classes.

-Understands the nuances in creating an amazing learning experience.

-Have a minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching English to working Professionals(especially people above the age-group of 25 years).

- Comfortable in teaching all age-groups.

- Comfortable in preparing the lesson plans or modifying the content according to learners needs.

- Minimum Educational Qualification- Graduate or Postgraduate (Business Administration, Mass Communication, English, Stream Preferred)

-Have a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection & a working webcam.

-Have experience in conducting public speaking/ soft skills/ speech training.

-Having experience in corporate training would be an added advantage.

-Should be comfortable in speaking in Hindi as well.
