Hiring Trainee Engineer For Nashik

Key Responsibilities

Rotational Department Learning: Actively participate in structured rotations across key departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Assembly, and Design) to understand the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle.

Shop-Floor Supervision Support: Assist production supervisors in monitoring daily shift outputs, tracking line efficiency, and ensuring that shop-floor operators follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Quality Inspection & Data Entry: Support the quality team by conducting basic dimensional inspections using precision instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers) and logging daily rejection or validation data into MS Excel.

Preventive Maintenance Assistance: Work alongside the maintenance team during scheduled breakdowns or preventive maintenance checks on plant machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Technical Documentation: Help draft and update technical work instructions, process flow charts, machine logbooks, and basic Bill of Materials (BOM).

Kaizen & Lean Initiatives: Identify small-scale operational gaps on the shop floor and propose continuous improvement (Kaizen) or waste reduction ideas to optimize efficiency.
