Department/Unit Experienced In - *Medical Surgical ward/General ward, ER, Geriatric/Palliative care ward is preferred.
*If majority of the experiences are in general ward setting with only minimal years of exp in critical units, it can be considered.
*Pure ICU, CCU, MICU, SICU, PICU, NICU, Recovery unit experiences are not accepted.
*OBG, Pediatric, Neonatal ward/ critical unit experiences not accepted.
*OR experience is not accepted.
Contract Duration - 2 years
Basic Salary - SGD 2,300
Shift Allowance - $25/night shift
Housing Allowance - SGD 500
Any Bonus/AWS - AWS & Performance Bonus based on the companys performance

What if my spouse is working in Singapore - If your spouse is working in Singapore, should inform People360 during the initial interview to highlight to the HR- but decision on branch allocation remains with the employer.
Work Shift - 12 hr. shift
7am to 7pm & 7pm to 7am
Work days per week - 5 days per week
Leave Policy - 18 days / year (+2 days every 3 years, cap at 22 days)
Medical/ Surgical condition - �� Any medical/ Surgical condition in the past or present must be duly reported to us during the initial interview and any newly diagnosed conditions or surgery must also be reported to us when known to the Nurse.
�� TB, Past TB or any communicable diseases treated or under treatment are not accepted.
�� Candidate with Scoliosis is not accepted.
�� BMI- Should be less than 30, (to avoid near 30 as well).
�� Height & Weight measurement must be recent & accurate, and add picture of the measurements to the candidates folder.
Education, Nursing License - All Nursing education & Nursing license/ licenses must be declared and must be able to do verification during SNB application.
�� Any candidate whose education or Nursing license cannot be verified (FRA to check with the candidate during the initial assessment before forwarding to Singapore agency), the same application cannot be proceeded further.
�� Any gap in education must provide a letter from the candidate to explain the reason
Passport & Nursing License - The passport and Nursing license must have a validity of 6 months or more (since the exams are online, these 2 parameters are vital to sit for the exam)
Work Experience - Only a full time Staff Nurse experience in the inpatient department of an acute setting will be accepted.
Service Gap - Any gap in service after the date of Nursing registration and before the date of joining first employment and between two employments must be encoded properly.
�� Any Nursing related work experience that is not in a hospital setting (that comes under service gap) can be highlighted and to provide more details.
Tattoo - Attach the picture of tattoo under the tattoo details in the resume
Covid Vaccination - Primary covid Vaccination doses must be complete
�� Covid vaccination certificate must be provided.
�� MMR, TDAP Vaccination to be taken in home country before deployment to Singapore.
Probation Period - Passing the exam, clearing the medicals, other formalities and receiving an IPA does not ensure your job confirmation.
�� Nurses who come in as RN must undergo competency assessment (from SNB & evaluated by the employer) and pass it within the 6-month probation period.
�� Unable to pass the probation/ competency within the 6-month can result in repatriation to the home country (if there is no extension)
�� Post confirmation after probation, the Nurse must continue to perform well avoiding medical error/negligence or any criminal offense in Singapore to avoid repatriation or be subjected to under law.
