EMC Networker as Primary Skill

To handle EMC Storage arrays, VMAX/Power Max/ VNX/Unity, Networker

·         Deputed resource will take care  Monitoring activities of  DELLEMC storage hardware and backups

·         On demand Backup/Restore on Networker

·         Data Domain File system verification

·         Creation of Clients & Policies in Networker

·         Troubleshooting of failed backup

·         Changing retention of backup Data in Networker.

·         Manage and maintain existing Networker Environment

·         Monitors, reviews, and manages Dell EMC infrastructure.

·         Manages user requests.

·         Manages and reviews log files.

·         Generates regular operational reports.

·         Isolates and troubleshoots incidents.

·         Performs service incident coordination.

·         Opens service requests on behalf of the Customer.

·         Participates in root cause analysis review.

·         Keep the customer informed of the status of the Service Request & ensure services is fulfilled in reasonable timeframe

·         Efficiently provision capacity from the capacity available as per the Customer requirements

Experience in SAN, , CISCO/Brocade SAN Fabrics implementation
