-client coordination and tech support.

-manage and improve existing codes.

-debug.

-guide and assist other team members.

-ui design.

essential skills:

-logic building skills

-knowledge of mcu architecture

-engineering maths

-embedded c

-knowledge of compilers, ide etc

-hardware knowledge

-basic electronics knowledge

-essential mcu peripherals (timer, e2p, adc, pwm, etc)

-protocols (i2c, spi, serial etc)

-good common sense and aptitude

-passion to learn more things
