We are looking for an experienced Electro Plating Technician with expertise in anodizing, chrome conversion, black oxidation, passivation, and other electroplating processes. The ideal candidate will be able to run the process plant, control chemistry, and ensure high-quality plating components.

*Responsibilities:*

- Operate and maintain electroplating equipment for anodizing, chrome conversion, black oxidation, and passivation processes

- Monitor and control bath chemistry, temperature, and process parameters

- Ensure quality plating components meeting customer specifications

- Conduct regular quality checks and testing

- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues

- Maintain accurate records and logs

- Optimize process efficiency and reduce waste

- Ensure safety and environmental compliance
