Qualification: Diploma / ITI / in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or a related field.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Electronics Testing Assistant to support product testing, troubleshooting, validation, documentation, installation, commissioning, and customer support. The role involves both laboratory and field work, including travel to customer sites across India.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, performance, reliability, and environmental testing of electronic products.

Troubleshoot hardware and embedded systems and assist in root cause analysis.

Support hardware assembly, wiring, integration, and test setup.

Operate test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.

Conduct PCB testing, debugging, firmware loading, device configuration, and software validation.

Maintain test records, reports, calibration logs, and quality documentation.

Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, and Quality teams during product validation.

Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, alignment, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Prepare installation, commissioning, and site visit reports while providing technical support during deployments and customer acceptance testing.

Required Skills

Knowledge of analog & digital electronics.

Hardware testing, PCB debugging, and embedded systems.

Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.

Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and laboratory instruments.

Basic networking (Ethernet, TCP/IP).

MS Office proficiency.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Skills

Experience in electronics testing, validation, or quality assurance.

Knowledge of RF, Optical Communication, LiFi, Wireless Communication, or Networking.

PCB soldering, rework, firmware flashing, and hardware debugging.

Linux/Windows testing environments.

Understanding of EMI/EMC, product qualification, and reliability testing.

Additional Requirements

Immediate joiners preferred.

Valid driving license is an advantage.

Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
