Responsibilities for electronic assembler

€¢ Follow work order activities established via manufacturing reports.

€¢ Perform assembly and soldering operation processes with little or no supervision

€¢ Work from Assembly drawings and written instruction

€¢ Measure, cut and strip wires.

€¢ Component preparation for assembly (cutting of components, filling components bins etc.)

€¢ Verification of components received according to work order.

€¢ Accurately record labor time to all work order operation into the document.

€¢ Clean and maintain equipment (including tolls and fixtures)

€¢ Work with Team members with mutual respect and understanding

€¢ Build, modify and repair perform PCB assemblies that have both through hole and surface mount components

€¢ Work from verbal documented work instructions, spec sheets, blueprints, sketches and complex assembly drawings
