Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our electrical operations on various construction projects in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering, combined with excellent leadership and organizational skills. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and completion of all electrical work in accordance with project specifications, safety guidelines, and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and company standards for electrical work.

Plan and schedule work assignments to meet project timelines and deadlines.

Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team, including training and development.

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential electrical problems and recommend appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure seamless coordination between different construction teams.

Manage and monitor electrical materials and equipment inventory, ensuring availability for ongoing projects.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including work reports, progress updates, and safety records.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Foster a culture of safety and quality within the electrical team, promoting best practices and adherence to industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proven work experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.

In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring practices.

Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety guidelines for electrical work.
