Opening For Electrical Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee LED LIGHTS PRODUCTION & electrical projects in Greater Noida. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure the safe and effective execution of electrical works.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Electrical Teams: Lead and coordinate a team of electricians, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

2. Project Planning: Assist in creating project schedules, allocating resources, and setting deadlines for electrical installations and maintenance.

3. Quality Control: Monitor work to adhere to safety regulations and industry standards, addressing issues promptly to maintain project integrity.

4. Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to new and existing team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge in electrical practices.

5. Reporting: Maintain detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and the performance of team members to management regularly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in electrical work and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. A basic education level of 10th pass is required. The candidate should be familiar with electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols. Good communication skills are essential for effectively managing the team and liaising with clients and stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure are also important. Candidates must be male as per the job requirement.
