the electrical engineer will work and supervise the installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, or utility use.
responsiblities:
• supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems
• inspect and observe facilities to evaluate the efficacy and quality of electrical systems, components, and products
• devise testing methods and properties to confirm the functionality of electrical components and systems
• use computer-assisted engineering software (autocad) to perform engineering tasks
• communicate engineering information across teams and departments to facilitate successful completion of large-scale projects
• troubleshoot to solve unforeseen problems with product design or implementation
• maintain detailed database to cataloge products and component parts
• train and supervise technicians to assist in project completion
• provide quality assurance for ongoing projects
• inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards
requirements:
• minimum 5+ years’ electrical engineering experience
• bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required
• proficient in the use of autocad or other computer-aided design software applications
• competent in the use of electrical engineering software
• thorough understanding of electronic systems and component materials
• capacity to analyze a problem from multiple perspectives and explore creative solutions
• able to problem solve and troubleshoot as the need arises
• exceptional written and verbal communication skills
