📌 Position: Head - Electrical & Electronics Engineer

📍 Location: Noida

🧑-💼 Experience: 5 - 7+ Years (Design + Control Systems + Team Handling)

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Electrical & Electronics Engineering department

Design and develop electronic control systems

Oversee panel design, wiring schematics, and system architecture

Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of projects

Technically support production & project teams

Drive innovation and improve product performance

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution

Vendor coordination for parts, components & technical integration

Ensure compliance with electrical safety, QA standards, and documentation

Mentor and guide junior engineers & technicians.

🎓 Required Skills & Background:

(EEE / ECE / Electrical & Electronics Engineering)

Strong experience in electronic control systems design

Hands-on knowledge of PCB, sensors, drivers, motors, PLC basics

Expertise in electrical panels, wiring, diagrams, troubleshooting

Good leadership, team management & communication skills

Experience in fountain, automation, control systems, or similar industries is an added advantage

💰 Salary: Up to -12 LPA (Depending on experience & expertise)
