EEG Technologist For Maldives

As an EEG Technician, you will be responsible for performing and analyzing electroencephalogram (EEG) tests to assess brain activity. You will work in a clinical setting and ensure the proper functioning of EEG equipment.

- Conduct EEG tests: You will prepare and conduct EEG tests on patients, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.

- Ensure equipment functionality: You will be responsible for checking and maintaining the EEG machines to ensure they are in good working condition before each use.

- Monitor patients during tests: You will observe patients during the EEG procedure to note any irregularities or reactions that may occur.

- Record and analyze data: You will capture EEG readings and analyze the data to provide accurate reports of the findings for physicians.

- Maintain patient confidentiality: You will uphold strict confidentiality protocols regarding patient information and test results.

- Assist with administrative duties: You may help with scheduling appointments and managing patient records as part of your role.

To succeed in this position, you should have a diploma or degree in a related field, with 2 to 4 years of experience as an EEG Technician. You must be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working with advanced medical technology. Additionally, know how to handle sensitive patient information with care and professionalism. A valid certification in EEG testing will be an advantage.
