We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Co-Ordinator to oversee classes from Nursery to Grade 2. The ideal candidate will be an experienced pre-primary educator with strong leadership skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to guide and mentor teachers. This role is central to ensuring joyful learning, smooth classroom management, and effective communication between staff, parents, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Academic Leadership
• Supervise and support teaching-learning processes in Nursery to Class 2.
• Guide teachers in lesson planning, classroom activities, and child-centered pedagogy.
• Ensure age-appropriate teaching methods and innovative practices.
• Teacher Mentorship
• Provide regular feedback and encouragement to teachers.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and collaborative meetings.
• Act as a role model for effective classroom management and child engagement.
• Student Development
• Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young learners.
• Monitor student progress and ensure holistic development (academic, social, emotional).
• Introduce creative activities to build curiosity and confidence in children.
• Parent & Community Engagement
• Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and school initiatives.
• Build trust and positive relationships with families.
• Support school events, celebrations, and outreach programs.
• Administrative Duties
• Maintain records, reports, and compliance documents for the section.
• Coordinate with the Principal and management for smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to school policies and standards.
Desired Qualifications
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in pre-primary/primary classes.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication abilities (English and Hindi preferred).
• Energetic, approachable, and child-friendly personality.
