Edm Operator - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Edm Operator to join our team in Ambad MIDC. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) and hold an . qualification. This full-time position requires a strong understanding of EDM processes and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set Up and Operate EDM Machines: You will be responsible for preparing and running EDM machines according to specifications, ensuring they operate effectively during production.

- Program Machines: You will create and execute machine programs for machining operations, customizing settings based on the materials and designs.

- Monitor Production Quality: Regularly check work quality and precision to ensure the finished products meet required specifications.

- Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance on EDM machines to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.

- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with engineers and other operators to improve processes and share insights on machine operations.

- Maintain Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment while operating machinery.
