• classify, cleanse, standardize and enrich equipment master data records create equipment hierarchy structure using industry standard taxonomy and major industry codes and standards (iso ).
• review and extract asset tags details/characteristics from either physical hard copies or digital process equipment datasheets, process flow diagrams (pfds), piping & instrumentation diagrams (p&id) onto a standard template.
• use software associate to pfds and p&ids.
• develop equipment maintenance strategy (maintenance plans & task lists) and linking spares to the tasks.
• create bom (bill of materials) from scratch for equipment's used in the oil &, gas and utilities sector.
• create assembly and sub-assemblies while creating a bill of materials as well as single and multiple level bom (bill of materials).
• enrich/enhance the incomplete boms (bill of materials) through web sourcing, data sheets, manufacturer catalogues, maintenance manual.
• validate existing bom (bill of materials) for completeness, consistency, conformity, and duplicates
• quality checks on production
