E-commerce Manager (5-7 Years) - Female

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail efforts in Lahurabir. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can drive our e-commerce strategies and improve our online sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop E-commerce Strategy**: Create and implement a comprehensive strategy to boost online sales, focusing on marketing, product offerings, and customer engagement.

- **Manage Online Operations**: Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring website functionality and a seamless shopping experience for customers.

- **Analyze Sales Data**: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics regularly to identify trends, making informed decisions to optimize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

- **Coordinate with Marketing Team**: Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute effective online promotions and campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.

- **Supplier and Inventory Management**: Build and nurture relationships with suppliers and manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability and competitive pricing.

- **Lead Customer Support Initiatives**: Implement policies for customer service that improve user experience and timely resolution of issues.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in e-commerce management. A degree is required. Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting data and making strategic decisions. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is necessary. Excellent communication and leadership skills are crucial for team collaboration and driving project outcomes. The candidate should have a creative mindset, focused on enhancing user experience and increasing brand visibility. It is preferred that applicants are female for team dynamics.
