manage end-to-end business (store, sell, ship) for the company while managing
business growth, marketing on online platforms, inventory management and
planning and ensuring great customer service.
responsibilities
business growth:
• manage & grow business through e-commerce platforms like amazon,
flipkart, meesho, ajio etc. and also help develop brand's own website
• add new channels for sales both online & offline
• list products regularly on ecommerce platforms to maintain a healthy and
growing catalog size as per required standards (a+ content)
• manage live catalogue for regular updation of price, stock, etc.
• run online promotions (ad campaigns)
business management:
• manage end-to-end order processing function (order fulfillment), maintaining
superior account health across ecommerce portals
• inventory & stock management, including checking for quality (qc) of
existing and new products
• returns & claims management across ecommerce platforms
• maintain & consolidate financial documents for accounting purpose, to be
shared with finance team as per set timelines
• reconciling payments
reporting:
• preparing regular weekly/monthly sales & inventory reports
• competitive analysis
• business planning for each month
