Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Handle daytoday operations of the Flipkart seller account.
Ensure compliance with Flipkart policies and maintain excellent account
health.
Monitor penalties, claims, and performance metrics.
Sales Growth & Strategy
achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
manage promotional campaigns, deals, and visibility on Flipkart.
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product
performance.
Category Expertise (Personal Care)
Understand consumer trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape in
the personal care segment.
Optimize product assortment and ensure competitive positioning.
Listing & Content Optimization
Create and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, keywords,
and images.
Improve SEO ranking and discoverability of products on Flipkart.
Coordinate with creative teams for A+ content
Inventory & Supply Chain
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock availability.
Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and avoid stockouts or
Overstocking.
Manage returns and customer feedback to improve product ratings.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Track KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, CTR, and ROI on campaigns.
Provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 23 years in Flipkart account management, preferably in Personal
Care / FMCG / Beauty & Wellness categories.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Central tools and dashboards.
Expertise in campaign management, pricing, and promotions.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Mindset: Target-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
