Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and digitally skilled individual (male or female) to join our growing candle-making raw materials business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for website development and maintenance, product listing, social media marketing, content creation, and order management.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop, design, and maintain the company website.

- Create and manage product listings on the website, including uploading high-quality photos, writing detailed descriptions, and updating prices.

- Plan and execute regular product postings on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).

- Produce engaging content, including photography and videos, for digital marketing and product promotion.

- Receive and process customer orders received through the website and social media, coordinate dispatches, and maintain records.

- Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

- Maintain inventory and basic business documentation.

### Requirements

- Hands-on experience with website development and e-commerce platforms (such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar).

- Strong skills in social media marketing, content creation, product photography, and video editing.

- Experience in order management and customer service.

- Knowledge or experience in digital marketing is a plus.

- Graduation or relevant diploma preferred; freshers with the right skills may also apply.
