Dumper Driver (2-5 Years)

We are seeking a Dumper driver with a strong commitment to safety and reliability for our operations in Chandigarh, India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant driving experience and a minimum education of 10th pass.

As a Dumper driver, your primary responsibilities will include operating a dumper/HYVA vehicle efficiently to transport construction materials to designated sites. You are expected to ensure that the vehicle is properly maintained and report any mechanical issues promptly. Adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean driving record is crucial in this role.

Key responsibilities:

- Operate dumper vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of materials.

- Perform daily vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance issues to management.

- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while driving.

- Collaborate with site managers to coordinate material delivery schedules.

- Maintain records of materials transported and delivery confirmation.

Required skills and expectations:

- A valid driving licence is mandatory for this role.

- The ability to navigate construction sites and adjust to varying conditions.

- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and managers.

- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks related to vehicle operations.
