DTP Operator || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a dedicated DTP Operator to join our team in Adajan. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to develop their skills in desktop publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Prepare and Format Documents**: Ensure that all documents are properly formatted according to company standards. This involves adjusting text, images, and layouts to create visually appealing materials.

- **Edit Graphics and Images**: Work with images to enhance quality and ensure they fit seamlessly within documents. This includes resizing, cropping, and applying filters as necessary.

- **Proofread Content**: Review all text for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation. This step is crucial to maintain the professionalism and quality of our published materials.

- **Collaborate with Team Members**: Work closely with designers, writers, and project managers to ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

- **Maintain Files and Documentation**: Organize and store files systematically for easy access and retrieval. This includes keeping backups and maintaining version control of documents.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Basic knowledge of desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar applications is preferred.

- Attention to detail is essential to produce error-free documents.

- Good communication skills to effectively work with team members and understand project requirements.

- Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
