DTP Computer Operator - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated DTP Computer Operator to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in desktop publishing and must have completed at least their 12th grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document Formatting: Prepare and format text and images to ensure they meet design and layout specifications. This includes adjusting font styles, sizes, and placements.

- Proofreading: Review documents for errors in spelling, grammar, and formatting to maintain high-quality standards in all outputs. It is crucial to ensure all materials are error-free.

- File Management: Organize and save all files appropriately for easy access and future reference. Proper management helps in maintaining workflow efficiency.

- Software Proficiency: Utilize desktop publishing software efficiently such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW. Familiarity with these tools is essential for effective design and publication.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers and other team members to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery. Good communication facilitates smooth workflow.
