maintenance and repair: perform routine maintenance, such as software updates, firmware upgrades, and component replacements. they are skilled in diagnosing and repairing complex issues related to the drone's hardware and software.

troubleshooting: use diagnostic tools and software to identify the root cause of mechanical, electrical, or software-related failures. they are responsible for quickly resolving these issues to minimize downtime.

testing and calibration: conduct test flights and calibrate flight control systems, gps, and other sensors to ensure the drone operates safely and accurately.

documentation: maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and test results. this is crucial for tracking the drone's service history and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

component assembly: assist in assembling new drone units, including integrating the flight controller, power distribution board, and payload systems.
