Hiring For Driving Instructor

We are looking for a qualified Driving Instructor to join our team in Srinagar. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and 1 to 7 years of relevant experience. This full-time position requires the instructor to work from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Driving Lessons**: Teach learners the fundamentals of driving, including road rules, vehicle operation, and safety practices. Provide both practical and theoretical instruction.

- **Assess Student Progress**: Monitor and evaluate students' driving skills and progress, offering constructive feedback and adjustments to their learning plans.

- **Prepare Learners for Tests**: Prepare students for their driving tests by familiarizing them with exam requirements and procedures to ensure they are confident and ready.

- **Maintain Vehicle Safety**: Ensure that the driving school vehicles are in good condition and safe to operate. Conduct regular checks and report any maintenance needs.

- **Create a Safe Learning Environment**: Promote a safe and positive atmosphere during driving lessons to encourage confidence and learning.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and interact with students. Patience and adaptability are essential, as different learners have varied needs and learning speeds. A strong understanding of traffic laws and safe driving practices is necessary. The candidate should also have good organizational skills to keep track of student schedules and progress. A valid driving license and a commitment to punctuality and reliability are mandatory.
