- **Route Planning:** Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure the quickest travel times, taking local traffic conditions into account.

- **Documentation Handling:** Manage and maintain necessary paperwork, including delivery slips and vehicle logs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.

- **Customer Service:** Interact politely and professionally with customers and colleagues during transport, representing the company positively.
