• as a software engineering manager, you will be part of a cross functional team and work closely together with product owner on realizing the product backlog.

• communication is managed by you as the voice of the team.

• strong mentor and coach for your team in growing their skills, experience and foster them to take technical decisions, but make final decisions where necessary.

• provide input in strategic technical decisions and solutions, when needed. you’re responsible for the team’s efficiency, happiness, and team’s needs

• maintain high quality in development based on provided guidance, standards etc. analyze, propose, manage budgets, technologies, and resources for projects.

• planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.

• supervising the work of multiple teams.

• research and develop designs and products.

• determine the need for training and talent development.

• provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.

• lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes.

• check their team’s work for technical accuracy.

• coordinate work with other managers and staff.

desired:

• experience in software development majorly on both web technologies and backend.

• bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering or related field.

• ability to lead strongly and work in a fast-paced environment

• should have proven supervisory and technical skills.
