Solid understanding TDD Design Pattern and Expertise in writing unit tests.

Demonstrate the ability to apply Microsoft Practices and Patterns as guided by the Architect.

Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues.

Good Communication Skill also required

GitHub/Bitbucket experience is important.
