software engineer/senior software engineer

location: chennai india

responsibilities:

at least 5+ years’ experience in application/product development using a broad range of programming technologies including:

- c#/.net • mvc, razor • t-sql and relational database concepts

• unit testing with nunit and rhino mocks or similar

• javascript (including es2015+ syntax and features)

• react, redux and similar web framework tools

• html5, css, less/sass

• windows, iis, sql server

• git source control management

• experience building modern api-backed web applications (json/xml-serialized restful services)

• experience building software with agile methodologies

additional requirements:

• should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or mca

• minimum 5+ years of development experience in building enterprise grade applications/product

• should be a self-starter and independent

• good communication skills including verbal and written skills (specifications, design, etc.)

• must be able to work independently and in a team setting

• be able to articulate implementation at all levels

• must be able to evaluate alternative solutions

• applicants with wide variety of technical experience are good candidates for this position
