Key Responsibilities
Architecture & System Design: Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure applications using .NET Core and microservices frameworks. Define software design patterns (., Clean Architecture, DDD) and database schemas.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, guide, and upskill a team of 5-10 software engineers. Foster a culture of coding excellence, high accountability, and continuous technical improvement.
Code Quality & Governance: Establish rigorous code review processes and enforce coding standards. Ensure process compliance, non-functional requirement (NFR) adherence, and robust unit testing standards.
Cloud & DevOps Ownership: Oversee application deployment, infrastructure sizing, and monitoring on cloud platforms (Azure or AWS). Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated, zero-downtime releases.
Stakeholder & Client Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and clients to estimate development timelines, evaluate technical feasibility, map out sprint backlogs, and mitigate project risks.
R&D and Problem Solving: Act as the ultimate technical escalation point for complex debugging and system outages. Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to keep the development ecosystem modern and efficient.
