�� experience in client side javascript frameworks

�� experience in developing and maintaining highly concurrent

and scalable applications

�� experience in developing applications that comply to security

guidelines

�� experience in distributed computing, cloud and enterprise

applications of scale

�� good knowledge in unit testing frameworks

�� experience in source code control tools like svn or git

�� knowledge of internet protocols and web server

communications including http, web sockets, restful apis

�� mentor juniors and help in team building measures

�� excellent written & verbal communication skills

�� knowledge of good coding practices and standards, including

object oriented design
