• Ensure smooth functioning of the hospital by providing quality medical and nursing care
• Formulating policies and procedures
• Abiding statutory compliance and handling medico legal cases
• Formation of new specialties and attract promising clinicians
• Liaison between the clinicians and the Management
• Ensuring productivity across departments and utilization rate
• Reducing friction among clinicians through continuous interactions
Qualification: A medical degree with a record of excellence in clinical care and MBA is preferred. Expertise in NABH & Lean Six Sigma
Work Experience: 12 – 18 years, minimum of 3 years of experience in leading the clinical operations of a major hospital is required
