Dispatch Supervisor - Maharana Pratap Nagar Bhopal

We are looking for a dedicated Dispatch Supervisor to manage and oversee our shipping and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 7 years of experience and a strong ability to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of goods.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Supervising Dispatch Operations**: You will oversee the daily dispatch activities, ensuring that all products are packed and shipped according to scheduled timelines.

- **Coordinating with Teams**: Collaborate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods.

- **Monitoring Shipments**: Keep track of outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Address any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

- **Maintaining Records**: Ensure all dispatch records are accurate and up-to-date. This includes tracking inventory, shipments, and deliveries.

- **Implementing Safety Protocols**: Enforce safety guidelines for loading and handling goods to maintain a safe work environment.

Required skills and expectations include:

Candidates must have completed at least their 10th grade and possess good communication skills. You should be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred. Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing multiple tasks and ensuring all dispatch procedures run smoothly. Male candidates are preferred for this role, and the position will take place in-office at our location in Maharana Pratap Nagar, Bhopal.
