�� Monitor, manage and educate the administration of the institution and take remedial actions based on the stakeholder's feedback. �� Empower all his staff and students to reach their maximum potential. �� Lead the strategic development of the college. �� Work with academic units to represent the College to external stakeholders.�� Promote institutional interaction and inculcate research development activities.�� Ensure that the staff and students are aware of rules, policies and procedures laid down by the college.�� Be fair in disciplinary actions for all the members of faculty, non-teaching staff and students.�� Oversee all Polytechnic operations, including daily Polytechnic activities. �� Coordinate curriculums, manage staff, and provide a safe and productive learning environment for students.�� Responsible for decision-making, teacher assignments, and improving College quality.�� Coordinate with Nodal officers of Govt concerned of other stake holders like AICTE etc.�� Responsible for mobilization & counselling to ensure the allotted seats of college must fill by the Govt deadline.
