Key Responsibilities

Promote products and services through social media and digital platforms.

Create and publish engaging posts, images, videos, and promotional content.

Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Generate leads through online promotional campaigns.

Respond to customer enquiries and online messages.

Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns.

Monitor social media engagement, reach, and campaign performance.

Support online advertisements and promotional activities.

Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Maintain regular reports on digital marketing activities and lead generation.

Help improve the company's online presence and brand visibility.

Required Skills
