As a Digital Printing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our digital printing operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely execution of print projects, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in digital printing, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the digital printing department, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project completion.

Coordinate with clients, sales team, and production staff to understand project requirements and specifications.

Oversee the maintenance and calibration of digital printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and print quality.

Monitor production schedules, allocate resources, and prioritize jobs based on client needs and production capacity.

Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate color reproduction, proper file preparation, and adherence to client specifications.

Train and supervise printing staff, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance and productivity.

Stay updated on industry trends, new printing technologies, and software advancements to drive innovation and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers and prepress operators, to streamline workflow processes.

Manage inventory levels of printing supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock for uninterrupted production.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered).

Proven experience in digital printing operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
