Primary Responsibilities:
• Create and publish content on all social media platforms, to build brand awareness and target the appropriate audience
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media viral marketing
• Strengthen the content often and generate different ideas for posting and continually improving customer engagement.
• Work closely with all the departments in the company for better understanding, inputs, and creation of posts.
• Deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy
• Create quarterly plan for MI Social platforms
• Monitor, respond and engage with the community daily and highlight conversations to be engaged by other stakeholders, wherever necessary
