primary responsibilities:
• create and publish content on all social media platforms, to build brand awareness and target the appropriate audience
• planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, seo/sem, email, social media, and display advertising
• maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media viral marketing
• strengthen the content often and generate different ideas for posting and continually improving customer engagement.
• work closely with all the departments in the company for better understanding, inputs, and creation of posts.
• deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy
• create quarterly plan for mi social platforms
• monitor, respond and engage with the community daily and highlight conversations to be engaged by other stakeholders, wherever necessary
• measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics,
