we are looking for a creative and proactive digital marketing executive to manage our brand’s online presence and engage digital audiences across platforms. the ideal candidate will have a strong sense of storytelling, design aesthetics, and analytics — someone who can turn ideas into engaging digital content that builds visibility, connection, and growth.
key responsibilities
develop, implement, and manage the organization’s social media strategy across all major platforms (instagram, facebook, linkedin, youtube, x, etc.).
create and curate engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.) aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with internal teams for approvals and inputs.
monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.
engage with followers — respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly and professionally.
track key metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions) and prepare monthly performance reports.
collaborate with design, marketing, and communications teams to align social media efforts with overall brand goals.
support the execution of online campaigns, influencer collaborations, and awareness drives.
stay updated on emerging tools, platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.
qualifications & skills
bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools (meta business suite, linkedin analytics, etc.), and scheduling tools like buffer or hootsuite.
strong sense of visual storytelling and content aesthetics.
basic knowledge of canva, photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
excellent written and verbal communication skills.
highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

enthusiasm for digital trends, memes, and current affairs.
experience managing paid campaigns (google ads / meta ads) is an advantage.
