Hiring For Dialysis Technician

As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting patients with kidney issues. Your primary tasks will involve operating dialysis machines and ensuring patient comfort and safety during treatments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Operate Dialysis Equipment**: You will set up and monitor dialysis machines to ensure they function correctly throughout the treatment process.

- **Prepare Patients for Treatment**: This includes explaining the procedure, assessing patient readiness, and making sure they are comfortably settled before starting dialysis.

- **Monitor Patient Vital Signs**: Regularly check and record vital signs during treatments to identify any changes in the patient’s condition that may require immediate attention.

- **Maintain Equipment**: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of dialysis machines to ensure they are sanitized and in proper working order.

- **Document Treatment Sessions**: Keep accurate records of each patient's treatment sessions and any observed changes to provide information for the healthcare team.

- **Assist Medical Staff**: Collaborate with nurses and doctors to discuss patient needs and report any concerns regarding patient health or equipment performance.

Required skills and expectations include:

- A diploma in healthcare or a related field, with a focus on dialysis technology being preferred.

- Between 1 to 7 years of experience in a clinical or dialysis setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and the healthcare team.

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols to ensure patient safety.

- Basic computer skills for documentation and equipment operation.
