Looking For Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team in Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for providing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Patient Preparation:** Ensure patients are comfortable and prepare them for dialysis sessions by checking their vital signs and explaining the procedure.

- **Machine Setup:** Operate and calibrate dialysis machines before and after each treatment to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.

- **Monitoring Patients:** Observe patients during dialysis to monitor their vital signs and any adverse reactions, promptly reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.

- **Equipment Maintenance:** Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of dialysis machines and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.

- **Documentation:** Keep accurate records of patient treatments, including their conditions and machine settings, to maintain clear communication with the medical staff.

- **Patient Education:** Educate patients and their families about the dialysis process, care, and lifestyle adjustments needed for managing kidney health.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar healthcare role, with a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience. A minimum educational qualification of 10th pass is required. Strong communication skills are essential to explain procedures clearly to patients and their families. Candidates must have a keen attention to detail for monitoring machines and documenting patient information accurately.
