Hiring For Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our software development and operations, focusing on streamlining processes, enhancing system reliability, and ensuring efficient deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring faster and more reliable releases.

- Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and cost-effective while implementing infrastructure as code practices.

- Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Set up monitoring systems to track application and infrastructure performance, troubleshooting issues and tuning systems proactively to enhance reliability.

- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Security Best Practices: Implement security measures in the deployment pipeline to protect applications and data, adhering to compliance standards.

- Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for processes and systems, while also mentoring junior team members to spread knowledge within the team.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of DevOps tools and practices, including proficiency in automation tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages are expected. Additionally, familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
