Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Head to lead our software development

team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET frameworks, team management, and leadership, with

hands-on experience in front-end development and DevOps practices. As a Development Head, you will be responsible

for overseeing the development of software applications, guiding the team through complex technical challenges, and

ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development team through the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.

Provide technical leadership and guidance in the .NET framework and ensure best practices are followed.

Manage project timelines, resources, and risk factors.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Oversee the quality assurance of software development and maintenance.

Mentor and develop team members, providing feedback and opportunities for growth.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into the team's skillset and workflows.

Work closely with the DevOps team to streamline development and deployment processes.

Must-Have Skills:

Expertise in the .NET framework and related technologies.

Should Have Skills:

Hands-on experience in front-end development with Angular or React.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5-10 years of experience in the IT field.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on coding experience.

At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing software development
