-Knowledge required for Remote resolution and support.
-Knowledge required for Operating System (OS) installation & its troubleshooting.
-Knowledge requires for MS Office installation, Outlook configuration (o365) & its troubleshooting
-Knowledge requires for Printer installation & its troubleshooting
-Knowledge required for Antivirus installation & its troubleshooting.
-Antivirus patch updates, version update , Compliance (PGP,DLP etc.) update as per policy.
-Knowledge required for the Internet / Network devices & their troubleshooting.
-He must have worked previously at a location where at least 100+ Users are working with AD and Domain environment
