the selected candidate will be responsible for :
· fea model building using shell and solid elements
· boundary condition identification and model set-up
· flexible body preparation (mnf)
· model analysis
· dynamic stiffness and point mobility analysis
· structural nvh simulation : ntf and vtf
· brake nvh (squeal, groan noise) simulation
· steering rack rattle simulation
· to interact with design and testing teams for system development
· actively participate in new technology development program
· estimation of fatigue life
preferred skills & knowledge
skilled in the use of fea tools like hypermesh, optistruct, nastran & abaqus
durability - fatigue life estimation by using tool like design life (n-code), femfat
proficient in structural nvh (fea)
good knowledge of nvh aspects of engine mount system
good exposure to basic ms excel calculations
individual capacity to interact with other team member
