Design & Production Engineer (Male)

- Develop and design products according to client specifications: The design & production engineer will be responsible for creating detailed designs and specifications based on client requirements to ensure the final product meets all necessary criteria.

- Oversee the production process: This role requires monitoring and managing the production process to ensure timely delivery of products that meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Conduct testing and analysis: The engineer will need to perform various tests and analyses on products to identify any potential issues and make necessary improvements before final production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Working closely with other departments such as manufacturing, quality control, and sales teams to ensure all aspects of the production process are aligned and efficient.

- Maintain documentation: Keeping detailed records of all designs, processes, and changes made throughout the production process for future reference and improvement.

Required Skills & Expectations:

- Diploma in Engineering or related field.

- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency in P&M engineering concepts.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

- Willingness to work from the office location in Makarpura.
