Design Engineer

Job description:

ï‚· Experience in BIW under body Design & Development at Automobile OEM around 3 to

10 years of experience.

ï‚· Must have hands on experience in automobile domain having worked on BIW and under

body systems, CFRP Upper body Design, Front & Rear Crash System & integration with

Tub.

ï‚· Basic understanding of Design/ Design changes on BIW under body parts (Complete Flor

Assembly, Front end module etc.) for Automotive Sector.

ï‚· At least one complete project execution of BIW under body parts experience for

passenger car project added advantage.

ï‚· Candidate should be experienced in Catia and PLM softwares like Team center will be an

added advantage.

ï‚· Sound knowledge of engineering and system documents like DFMEA, DVP, DFA etc.

ï‚· Good technical knowledge of automotive Sheet metal parts, manufacturing and

assembly -process.

ï‚· Should be able to prepare & deliver presentations of the concepts/master section.

ï‚· Should be able to do tolerance stack up & GD&T added advantage.

ï‚· Hand on experience in Part development/supplier interaction added advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

ï‚· (Mechanical / Automobile) with 3-10 Years of experience.

Proficiency in languages:

ï‚· English and Hindi.

ï‚· Microsoft office

ï‚· Sheet metal Design and Development

ï‚· Plastic part Design and development added advantage

ï‚· Regulatory requirements and homologation

Behavioral:

ï‚· Fluent in communication in English

ï‚· Ability to lead the team and independently handle the project.
