Female - Opening For Dentist - Extractions & RCT

We’re hiring a clinically sound, confident BDS dentist with strong hands-on skills, especially in doing Extractions Independently and confidently. If you’re independent, fast-learning, fluent in Kannada, and comfortable with basic computer tasks, we’d love to hear from you.

Position: Full-Time Resident Dentist (BDS only) - Post Graduation Not Required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Minimum 1-year commitment required

• Experience: 2 to 5 years

• Age Limit: 25 to 35 years

• Salary: 20,000 to 27,000/month (based on experience) + incentives on each case completed, and referral incentives also.

• Probation: 3 months to 1 year based on experience; confirmation based on performance

• Work Days:

Wednesday to Monday - Clinic Timings: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM & 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (split shift)

Sunday timing - Clinic Timings: 10 AM to 5 PM

Weekly Off: Tuesday

• Location: Chikkabanavara (Hesarghatta Road), Bengaluru

Mandatory Requirements:

• BDS with valid DCI registration

• Professional Indemnity Insurance

• Fluency in Kannada and English (other languages a bonus)

• Comfortable with Excel, basic computer usage, and typing

Key Clinical Responsibilities: - Independently perform:

• Root Canal Treatments (anterior & posterior)

• Scaling, polishing, tooth bleaching, restorations (GIC & composite)

• Non-surgical extractions, crowns, bridges & dentures

• Diagnosis and treatment of periodontal and paediatric dental issues

• Diagnose, treat, prescribe, and follow up with patients

• Maintain dental records, stocks, and ensure patient compliance

• Support with clinic administration, MIS, and daily reporting

• Participate in brand activities like social media videos and YouTube interviews

Expectations:

Clinical

• Minimum RCT Cases Independently Performed: 30 - 50 nos.

• Minimum firm tooth Non- Surgical Extractions Independently Performed: 30 - 50 nos

• Minimum Surgical Extractions Independently Performed: 5 - 10 nos

Non - Clinical

• Confident, proactive & patient-friendly

• Able to manage the clinic independently during assigned hours.

• Willingness to learn and grow with the team

• Participate in Social Media Awareness Programs and Interviews.
